I am that excited child again when it comes to Christmas. I love Christmas displays with vibrant colours, lots of lights and sparkle. These photos were taken in the streets of New York where Christmas is celebrated even more in the USA than it is in the UK. The magic of Christmas is probably nowhere more highlighted in the world than in Midtown, Manhattan, where the giant Christmas tree and decorations light up each year at the base of the Rockefeller Centre, much to the pleasure of native New Yorkers and the thousands of tourists who like to visit ‘the big apple’, throughout the festive period.
